The short version

We keep the minimum we need to build you a site, tell you about it, and count whether it worked. We do not sell anything to anyone. There is no third-party analytics or advertising tag on any page we run.

About businesses we build for

Discovery uses the Google Places API. For each business we keep the Google Place ID and our own notes (status, score, town, and what we have sent) indefinitely. Google's own fields (name, phone, address, star rating, review count and review text) are a cache: we refresh them at least every 25 days, and if a business tells us no, or we disqualify it, we delete Google's fields within 30 days. Reviews shown on a site come from that cache, carry the reviewer's name, and are labelled “Reviews from Google”. We never print review text on mail.

About people who contact us

If you ask for a call or a text, we record the number, what you were shown, and when. That record is what makes the contact lawful, and we keep it for as long as we may contact you plus four years. If you claim a site we keep your name, the phone number you verified, and your billing details with Stripe. We never see your card number; Stripe does.

What the pages measure

Preview pages and live sites report page views, whether the page was scrolled halfway, and taps on the phone number. The record holds the site, the campaign the visitor came from, and the time. No cookies, no device identifier, no IP address, no third party. We keep a visitor's IP only on a consent record, because that is evidence of who agreed to what.

Texts and calls

We text or call only a number whose owner told us to, and we keep their words. Reply STOP to any text and every permission we hold for that number is revoked at once. An automated assistant places calls you asked for; you can ask for a person at any point on any call.

We do not share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the carriers and the messaging provider (Twilio) needed to deliver the messages you asked for.

Asking us for your data, or its deletion

Email mike@propelaiwins.com. We answer within 30 days. Deletion is immediate for anything not required for tax or consent records.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
