Who we are

What we do

We find highly rated local businesses that have no website of their own, build each one a website from information that is already public on their Google listing, and send the owner a private link. Nobody asks us to do this. Until the owner claims the site it is not on Google, is not linked from anywhere, and lives only at that private link. Sixty days after it is built, an unclaimed link stops working.

The site is a draft until you claim it

A site we built for you is our draft, not your statement. It carries a banner saying exactly that. It contains no hours, prices, policies or promises, because we do not know them. Anything that matters is yours to add after you claim it.

What it costs

Starter: $59 per year, charged when you claim the site. Your site lives at speed2site.com/yourbusiness. One edit is included when you claim it.

Business: $29 per month, or $290 per year. Charged when you claim the site and on the same day each period after that. A standard custom domain is included. Prices are in US dollars. If we change the price, existing subscriptions keep the price they signed up at for at least twelve months and we tell you at least 30 days beforehand.

A 12-month commitment after the 30-day refund window.

Cancelling

During the first 30 days you can cancel for a full refund by emailing the address above. After the 30-day window, the Business plan runs for the 12-month commitment term. Starter is a prepaid year and stays active until the end of the year you paid for. See Refunds.

Text messages

Speed2Site sends text messages only to owners who opt in on our website: a one-time code to verify your number when you claim your site, a link to your site, and account notices such as receipts, renewals, and follow-ups you ask for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email mike@propelaiwins.com. Reply STOP to cancel and we will stop texting that number immediately. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your content, your business

Your business name, your reviews and your facts are yours. You give us permission to publish them on the site we run for you, for as long as you are a customer. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

What we do not promise

We do not promise any position in Google or any other search engine, any number of visitors, any number of calls, or any amount of business. Anyone who promises you that is guessing. We promise a working, fast, accessible website and a phone number you can reach.

Taking it down

If a site we built is yours and you do not want it, tap Remove this on the page. It is gone immediately, no login and no questions, and we do not contact that business again. If you would rather tell a person, email us and it comes down the same day.

Copyright

If something on a page we built infringes your copyright, write to our designated DMCA agent: Mike O'Brien, PropelAI, 921 Queenscliff Ct, Purcellville, VA 20132, mike@propelaiwins.com. Include the work, the URL, and a statement that you are authorized to act. We remove first and ask afterwards.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. Our total liability to you for anything connected with it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
