The first 30 days

Ask within 30 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. No reason needed, no form, no phone call to talk you out of it. Email mike@propelaiwins.com or reply to any message from us with the word refund.

After 30 days

A 12-month commitment after the 30-day refund window. We do not pro-rate the period you are in: you keep the site until the end of it. If something on our side was broken, tell us and we will refund it anyway; that is a judgment call and we make it in your favor.

Annual plans

The same 30 days apply to the whole $290. After 30 days, cancelling an annual plan stops the renewal and you keep the site for the rest of the year you paid for.

How long it takes

We issue the refund through Stripe the same business day. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days.

Your domain

If we registered a domain for you, it is yours. Cancelling does not take it away. Ask and we transfer it to any registrar you name at no cost. We do not refund the registration fee itself, because it was paid to the registry on your behalf.
